State Convention The KRTA State Convention is held annually at the Executive West in Louisville, Kentucky. The opening Reception is held in the Queen of Scots Room with refreshments, door prizes and camaraderie highlighting the evening. The following morning begins with the General Assembly and the Convention Luncheon. All KRTA members are invited to attend.
The Delegate Assembly, made up of representatives from the 118 local units, convenes after lunch for the business of the day — election of officers and adoption of convention resolutions.
